Dolan Bechtol, owner and founder of Big D's Friendly Fades, has been a local to the area his entire life. His family stems back to five generations that have been born and raised in Lee county.
Dolan's dream to change lives started at a young age. He comes from a family that instills compassion, determination and hard work. These values have now become the underlying message of Big D's Friendly Fades.
Being a barber is more than performing the service of a haircut or hot towel shave. Being a barber allows Dolan to connect with the people that inhibit a town that is part of his life story. A town where he grew up playing little league and watching his friends and family succeed in their goals and dreams. As a client you do not just sit become one of many. At Big D's Friendly Fades you become family.

What does it mean being fully mobile?
We operate solely out of our mobile barbershop.
This means we bring the barbershop experience to you! We service residential and commercial areas. So let us come to you while you are relaxing at home for the day or even on your lunchbreak from work.
All we ask is that you have permission in advance from any necessary residential HOA's or businesses for us to park our mobile barbershop at your desired location.
